τῶν οὖν πρωτῶν ἐκλόγων τῶν ἐλεύθερων ἐν τῇ Τυνησιᾷ γενόμενων, λέγω τάδε·
εἰ δε οἴσθα πρότερον ὅτι γενήσεται, ψήφιζει τοῖς ὣς ἀληθῶς δυνατώτατοις οὖσιν. εἰ δε μὴ, ψήφιζει τοῖς οὐδαμῶς δυνάτοις οὖσιν.
