In reviewing the results of a poll at his own website and at www.Campus-Watch.org, one which shows far greater support for defunding of area studies than for any other choice, Martin Kramer argues today that these results point to the fact that "Title VI is vulnerable." If the advisory board does not go through, he predicts, "it's easy to imagine Title VI with no board, less money, and an uncertain future."
