11.07.07. 51 year old British woman marries 27 year old son of Osama bin Laden

Reader comment on item: Nezar Hindawi's Attempt to Blow up an El Al Airplane

Submitted by Mary Saunders (France), Jul 11, 2007 at 04:50

I typed 'Irish woman semtex suitcase plane' into Google and came up with your original article, 'Terrorism:The Syrian connection."

Today's report of the above bizarre coupling (concerning Osama bin Laden's son) reminded me of what happened to Anne-Marie Murphy, of 21 years ago. I had forgotten the precise details but used the 5 words to come up with your excellent piece of research. Having already made my comment under the article I then forwarded the URL of your article to the Times online.

Thank you for your diligent research.
