Are they arabs?Reader comment on item: Muslims and Ethnic Arabs in Central and South American Politics Submitted by G.Vishvas (European Union), Jul 12, 2007 at 12:06 Of the 300 million people who are called arabs 200 million are descendants of non-arabs who came under islamic arabic hegemony in the 7th century and after. Syrians, irakis, lebanese, north africans are not arabs but pseudo-arabs. Even jordanese and palestinians are not really arabs. Islam is actually an instrument of arabisation and arabic ethno-fascism. Let the people know that islam and arab imperialism and ethno-fascism haver always gone together and destroyed many non-arab cultures, languages, scripts, identities, memories etc. Imposing arabic script, vocabulary, language, names (for persons, events, places, organisations etc.), prayers and prayer directions - all that led to an arabisation of non-arabs. Even in non-arab muslim areas people vie to bootlick the arabs under the mental and "cultural" burden of islam.
