Actually you made a smart comparison. .

Mr Bush is Mr Bean acting in the real world. Me Bean is Mr Bush acting on Television. That is for similarities.

For differences, Mr Bean`s play makes you laugh and makes families unite in front of the TV. Mr Bush`s play makes you cry and divides families. Mr Bush works with Mr Bin while Mr Bean does not. I checked last time the Saudi website and I found in served section, a company called Bin Laden Aviation. They have no Russian planes. All American. This may help us understand if Bush works for or against us. In any case, for sure he works for himself.
