Price of Civilisation is Eternal Vigilance from Fascist Forces like i-slam.

Dr. Pipes deserves greatest support for his remarkable vigilance in favor of forces of civilisation and progress.

In fact, it will be much better if he can make Jihad Watch/Islamist Watch a Global Platform rather than an American/Jewish one.

There have been baby steps taken in this regard such as translating the articles in various languages. But it is nothing compared to global propoganda machinary of fascist i-slam.
