Reader comment on item: Seeking Asylum from Western Countries

Submitted by J.D. (United States), Apr 24, 2008 at 18:59

Living in the United States, specifically Alaska, I have serious doubts about the ability of our government to really make a sound decision about anything.

I say this at the risk of sounding "treasonous" but I have to ask the question: What countries offer political asylum to Americans?

Search as I may, I am at a loss for answers.

Any comments, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly apprecieated.
