Would it be possible for a link to a transcript of this as on dial up it is impossible to view online video.

Congratulations to being a visiting fellow at Hoover as that institution is in dire need of people like Mr. Pipes. His place with Mr. Hanson is beginning to restore my faith in that once august group.
