The religion of peace strikes again in CanadaReader comment on item: Canadian Islamists host [William W. Baker,] a neo-Nazi Submitted by Arlinda DeAngelis (United States), Jan 10, 2004 at 19:29 Why would a forum on bridging Islam and Christianity ask for a demonstration against Israel and for the Palestinians?...Why would the agency's spokesman invite a neo-Nazi to participate in its forum to bridge Christianity and Islam? ...Knowing the agenda for the talk, why did the organizatiom exclude the Jews and those sympathetic to the cause of Israel? There are millions of Christian Zionists. If this Islamist organization intends to bridge the gap between Christianity and Islam, they had better include the likes of millions of us who support Israel. The "religion of peace" has no place for Israel in the debate, only for Palestinian sympathizers. ..And why did the university allow this spurious organization to conduct such a meeting on campus under the full authority and blessing of the academic institution? Another strike for the religion of peace. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
