Reader comment on item: Foreigners Monitor U.S. Elections

Submitted by Bono (United States), Oct 20, 2008 at 16:10

This type of "world nannyism" is in sync with the philosophy of the liberals that I work with in Boston:

  • US institutions/values (political, cultural, etc.) must be measured and changed according to more sophisticated world views.
  • A vengeful, gleefulness expressed that the USA is no longer "controlling" the world and it's about time that we have to play by international standards.

I am not about to jump and pull the ripcord yet.

Dr. Pipes, but what kind of welcome they will receive at polling places depends on the state (R or W)?- Also Holywood on monitoring. [143 words]YnnatchkahOct 16, 2008 14:50140295
