Totalitarian Ideology

Never has so much been said in such a thought provoking and brillliant way.

Islamic law has no place in a free and democratic society. What happens in Iraq will be a landmark in the Middle East. If we allow, encourage or turn our backs on totalitarianism, we will have lost the war.

Freedom and all that it implies has a chance at this moment in history to become the turning point in this damnable hotbed of the imperial Islamic army of terror. We've won the war militarily and now we must win the war pollitically. Freedom and democracy must transcend Islamic oppression and tyranny.

Thank you, Dr. Pipes, for your courage and brilliance on totalitarianism and freedom. You know how to state the heart of the matter in words that resonate with logic and wisdom.

I am so very grateful for the work you have done.
