On the separation between the democratic and the islamist worlds!Reader comment on item: Swedish Follies Submitted by Israel Hazak (Denmark), Jan 9, 2009 at 07:30 Daniel and all the others, I participated in a Pipes debate while in Copenhagen. I asked if he would recommend a separation between Jews and Arabs in the Middle East. He said no! But the situation shows exactly the contrary. An amicable separation is necessary instead of a permanent state of repeated conflicts. The same goes for Europe. They don´t like the way we live, they don´t like our food, our music, our philosophy of life. OK! The Muslim way of life has its virtues too but their rules cannot be established in our world. We do not want to live the Muslim way. The same goes for Israel. Jews do not think like Arabs and do not want to live like them. I propose a healthy divorce between the Western world and the Muslim world. Those Muslims who prefer our way of life can stay as loyal citizens. Those who prefer otherwise should leave before it´s too late for them and for us. They are unhappy themselves and they make us unhappy too. Why hesitate? Just leave!
