unbelievableReader comment on item: Going to Israel? Go to Jail Submitted by ameen (United Kingdom), Jan 11, 2009 at 11:57 This new iraq is supposed to be an ally of the west, a beacon of democracy in a part of the world still living in the stone age, and the iraqi parliament wants to have him executed, unbelievable. This is a law that was used Saddam Hussein, the same regime that fired rockets into Israel in 91. The only reason that Iraq would consider Israel an enemy is if there was some sort of arab unity, which there isnt; the arabs have destroyed Iraq. Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria and the rest of the khalejeen arabs are the real cause of the humanitarian callamity in iraq, not the Americans. The Iranians train, arm and fund militias that take part in the daily slaughtering of sunnis. Saudi Arabia is the lifeline of Al-Qaeda, remember 500 saudis were arrested during the battle of fallujah in 2004 where thousands of iraqi civilians were killed. Syria is the transit route for terrorists and so on. Mithal alusi realized that iraq and israel have in common the same problem: mindless hatred by radical islamists killing civilians, so why not go to the conference. Iraq shouldnt care about Palestinians or any arabs for that matter. The Americans gave the Iraqi people freedom and democracy. The arabs gave the iraqi people suicide bombings, death and destruction. When are people going to get real and realize that Israel is not the problem, its the neighbours.
