I Like Your Suggestion...Just Reverse It!Reader comment on item: Europe's Growing Pro-Israel Sentiments Submitted by Steven (United States), Feb 2, 2009 at 03:57 Instead of deporting Gaza Palestinians to the West Bank, perhaps fundamentalist Muslims living in the Palestinian towns adjacent to Jerusalem should be deported to Gaza. Christians ought to be able to return safely to Bethlehem and its environs, and their small yet steady presence in and around Ramallah can be bolstered. Then, it may be able to establish a Christian autonomous area in parts of the West Bank with special rights in the Old City's Christian Quarter. This would serve to weaken Muslim Arabs' claim to sovereignty over Jerusalem's holy sites.
