Right On, As Usual, Thank YouReader comment on item: [Abdurahman Alamoudi:] Qaddafi's American Hit Man? Submitted by ML Julia Sallette (United States), Jun 16, 2004 at 22:35 Islamofascism is something to be feared even worse than Naziism, as its tenets are taught in the most fundamental and insidious ways, and cross national boundaries across the globe.Naziiism was a political movement that sucked the brains out of Teutonic folk who were not prepared for its veracity. It also appealed to the very worst elements in the population and gave them power. That is not unlike what is happening in the Islamofascist movement today. In fact, that is how most political movements work. (I belong to neither American political party, just to set the record.) I must thank Daniel Pipes for being a seer when it comes to these issues, and greatly appreciate his dogged determinism in bringing the truth to light. Here in SW Virginia, people are sleepy about these issues, as they are quite ignorant, which is sad. In fact, I wish Mr. Pipes would come and speak here. I work at a public library and could facilitate a place for that discussion. But I know he has an enormous speaking schedule, and probably a sleepy town in the Blue Ridge would not be his best venue. A lot is at stake, and I appreciate Mr. Pipes speaking out. Shalom, Julia Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
