No change in behaviorReader comment on item: The FBI Loses Its Way [with Marwan Kreidie] Submitted by John Harman (Canada), Jul 6, 2004 at 18:03 I have been reading Daniel Pipes work now for about four years and it seems to me that he has written about this stupid behaviour on the part of the FBI and other agencies at least a dozen times without any noticeable change in the level of stupidity. I think that the point that is being missed is that some people who come to the US from Arab countries perceive the concern for human rights that exists in the United States as an opportunity. It wouldn't be outrageous to suppose that this perception has led some mid east leaders to believe that the US could be effectively disarmed merely by citing the various constitutional protections for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Imams in pulpits around the world, including those in the US, tell their congregations of the inevitability of Islam to overcome the immoral masses of the US.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
