No one ever claimed there were any "nukes". There were however the BC in ABC-weapons, and a program to *develope* Atomic weapons. Small amounts of chemicals weapons have already been found. I completely agree with your analyses, as I usually do. But I don't like the fact that the valid arguments for WMDs are distorted.
