Not that it is Kuwait's faultReader comment on item: Kuwait's Terrorism Policy Sets an Example Submitted by Raymond (United States), Jan 5, 2010 at 21:06 Not that it is Kuwait's fault, but weren't the 17 al-Dawa prisoners eventually set free during the Iraq invasion of Kuwait? So taking this into consideration did the Kuwaiti government eventually give in, or did they have no other choice?
