Rashad Khalifa claimed himself as a mesenger( Rasul)--------not a Prophet (Nabi) !!!!

Suprisingly this statement for Rashad Khalifa is not true at all. He never claimed himself as a prophet(nabi) but a messenger (rasul). There is a distinct difference between prophet (nabi) and messenger. Every prophet is a rasul but every rasul is not a prophet.
