Why not conversion?

I hope I'm not yet saying this ad nauseam, but why not offer conversion to Judaism as a no-pressure choice for pro-Israeli Palestinians? If it can be done without provoking a backlash (and also with filtering out practitioners of taqiyya), it's a win-win deal. The new converts enjoy full rights as Israeli citizens, and Israel is strengthened by the 'influx' of new Jews with a heritage similar to most Israelis. Let Israel offer the proselytes a 'conversion course' including Torah, Hebrew, Jewish history and Jewish ethics. Even the women won't have to change their clothing radically; if they want to continue in modesty they need only observe and copy the dress of Orthodox Jewish women! Think about it, ladies and gentlemen.
