Gaddafi fund?

A possible response to banning, or at any rate fining burqas in public space, from notoriously mercurial and immensly wealthy Muslims (or Saudi sheihs) would be the creation of Islamic Fund for the Defence of Burqa.(IFDB)

IFDB will pay any western woman who wears burqa $10 per hour and pay the fine. From behind the scenes the fund will also incite Muslims on every burqa fine into violence on the Victimization of Muslims for every woman arrested for wearing the burqa

Such scenario is not out of the realm of possibility.
