War on Islamic terrorReader comment on item: Education by murder Submitted by USN Kashyap (India), Nov 25, 2004 at 01:57 Mr. Daniel Pipes hits the nail right on its head when he says "…forthright acknowledgement that militant Islam is the enemy is necessary before the US government and public can adequately deal with it…."I believe no other commentator has ever been so blunt in calling the Islamic spade a bloody spade. However, I believe, ."…militant Islam is the enemy…" here should be read as "…Islam is the enemy…" because any one who has gone through the Koran and Biography of Mohammad called the Hadith [Sunnah] would know that Islam preaches plain and simple hatred for non-Moslems. So many verses of the Koran prescribe for the Moslems to kill non-Moslems, and the Hadith prescribes as to how they should be killed – right leg and left hand to be amputated, each and every finger to be broken etc. There is even a chapter (Surrah) (Seventh or may be Eighth) in the Koran which prescribes as to in what manner the spoils of terrorist attacks should be shared amongst the believers (Moslems). Islam in its infancy attracted people to its fold by appealing to the basest instincts in a human being -- covet someone else's belonging. .. Unless the "War on Terror" is rechristened as "War on Islam" I don't think victory in this war is ever possible for the civilized world.
