Reader comment on item: Palestinians in Blockbuster Movies

Submitted by Jew Indigenous to the Middle East (United States), Jun 18, 2011 at 22:21

This whole Na'vi thing could be flipped on its head. From the perspective of the Jews inhabiting the Middle East before the Arab conquest, it would go something like this. The Middle East was the cradle of Jewish civilization and culture, and then the "Desert People" (Arabs) invaded and forced the indigenous Jews into first subjugated status, and today, with the expulsion of the Jews from Arab countries, just a small strip of land along the Mediterranean, and continue to threaten them to this day. Though the Palestinians like to claim otherwise, their presence (and the larger Arab presence) in the Middle East is far from being in danger. So who is really the threatened indigenous people here?
