Its not real money

Its paper money. I mean they could probably have ordered from my local printer a million sheqels woth of paper-leaves with 100$ in god we trust bejamin printed on them, and trucked them to Iraq overnight without the bother of flying them half- a world away. Think of the carbon footprint of such a fool's errand, to fly 10000 miles something with you can truck over 600 miles, and is of the same real value.
