But to surrender land, especially when to do so is suicidal for Israel, is complete folly.

There is no answer to taking a tough stand and embracing tough alternatives, and if holding onto territory that is strategically vital means having to account with some potentially hostile population, then that is what one must do.

The solution would be more along the lines of presenting the truth regarding the true benefits in the various situations. I hear that East Jerusalem Arabs do not take kindly to the though of becoming citizens of Palestine. Now why would that be?
