Attack on Israeli embassy in EgyptReader comment on item: Middle Eastern Upheavals Enter Round Two Submitted by Prashant (United States), Sep 10, 2011 at 03:58 Dear Dr Pipes: Call it round four of the Arab Spring (you outlined the first three rounds). In the fourth round, today, the Israeli embassy in Egypt was attacked. The attack on Israeli embassy indicates that even in their triumph Islamists are not a happy lot. It has not even been a few months that Mubarak was ousted and they are already violating attacking the Israeli embassy. This is how the Islam thrives. If Israeli embassy can be attacked in Egypt what will be the plight of a Jewish business were it exist in Egypt? This same pattern is repeated in every Islamic majority region of the world from Kashmir to Egypt to Morocco. And they do not stop until there are 98% of them! The minority population is either converted out of pressure or it migrates out of the country.

I plan to write on this shortly. << Previous Comment Next Comment >> Reader comments (16) on this item
