ZamZam Tower timeshare a big ripoffReader comment on item: Timeshare Comes to Mecca Submitted by Amar Bennadji (United Kingdom), Dec 28, 2011 at 08:07 I bought 3 weeks timeshares and was told that the timeshare will be rented out if I don't use them. The 1st year the 3 timeshares were rented out and I have been told the next year that they won't be able to rent them for me and I have to do it by myself and they are claiming the maintenance every year. I'm starting an international legal action and looking for people who are in the same situation. My claim is that we should be refund the money we paid initially and compensation on the illegal advert MAS International did through their agents locally. Their argument is that the title deed doesn't say that they will rent out the timeshare on our behalf, but we received the timeshare 2 years after our payment and we are asking to correct it or cancel the sale with compensation.
