More bypass lines are plannedReader comment on item: Oil Pipeline Bypasses the Strait of Hormuz Submitted by Clint Albano (Oman), Jun 24, 2012 at 12:20 The developing Port of Duqm in Oman which opens directly onto the Arabian Sea is planned as a terminus for long pipelines directly from the Saudi oilfields. Real estate there is booming in anticipation. These bypasses are a big deal!! Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
