Nothing Changed

I am not surprised by those approaches from both sides. Turkish are accustomed to blame so-called 'external powers' which are trying to destroy Turkish territories and harm its unity/entity. People could make a mistake if they do not know the history unless they want to understand the current issues. There are plenty of examples that how center-left and center-right political parties and institutions allied and worked closer when it comes to so-called 'national duty'. Namely, those thoughts already existed in Turkish community's subconscious which have been injected by Turkish authorities indirect and hidden policies. Now, the new thing, those policies are affecting officials themselves.
