Enemy of Judeo-christian civilization

Hitler, a life long catholic, raised by a devout catholic mother was against our Judeo-christian civlization!!. Now what about catholic church itself. 2000 years of pogroms including inquisitions, crusades etc. nearly exterminating jews in Europe, aren't they against our Judeo-christian civilization!! Not sure if they have been teaching Quraan in their seminaries...
