CAIR-- How Do They Convince People?

I would like to know what CAIR staffers say to the President's staffers so as to be invited to his functions?What does CAIR say to O Reilly (Fox News) so that he invites them and calls their president (Niwad) "an all right guy". What reason did Sharpton have for attending their function?
