Great insight but...Reader comment on item: Additional U.S. Sanctions on Iran? Submitted by Reader (Germany), Jan 13, 2014 at 02:53 As always Daniel Pipes is impressive in his insight and knowledge and also here he does not fail to impress us. However having looked at this whole video I am left to wonder if it is sometimes not better to decline participation on such platforms as we have just seen. After a lengthy propaganda introduction with hardly any news value we are presented with a professor in Iran who is blabbering about all sorts of irrelevant stuff like the Iran - Irak war and the role of the US in the world in general. Oh and of course it would not be complete without bashing little Satan as well but what else could we expect. And just when Daniel Pipes is allowed to rebutt the headscarfed lady says oops sorry no time, bye bye. I am left with the impression Daniel Pipes has been used by the Iranian propaganda machine...

But in this case, technical problems prevented me, sitting in an American studio, from participating in the first 20 minutes of the program. Reader comments (7) on this item
