Relation between Kuntar and Aloush assasinations

Greetings from Debanjan Dear Dr. Pipes,

Do you think that the assasinations of Kuntar and Aloush coming close on the heels of each other are some how inter-linked ? Is it not the case of Israel and Hezbollah making a deal may be to blow out each other's wanted men ?

Do you think it that is a possible scenario ?
