ISIS strategyReader comment on item: How Much Should Israel Fear ISIS? Submitted by Anon (United States), Jul 13, 2016 at 02:58 I think ISIS's strategy is to inspire other muslims to take up arms for the Caliphate cause. It does so by its gruesome actions and propaganda. It has been somewhat successful in this endeavor if we take into account the Orlando shooter, the attacks in Dhaka, Turkey, Paris, Brussels etc. all of which were pretty much ISIS inspired.
