Risking to sound cruel, I'd say that Mr. Benjamin Pollock's idea of capital punishment has a lot of sense except his last argument. Yes, what they want is to end up with 72 brides, so they will be more eager to kill Jews and get there.

The missing part here is a pre-execution castration. This would be a real deterrence.
