Asad's art of double game.Reader comment on item: Asad's Art of the Double Game Submitted by Prashant, Jul 27, 2017 at 01:40 Dear Dr Pipes, a Muslim person has to carry a lot bigger burden than any of us: they have to defend an entire religion at all costs. They have to fight for the cause of Allah and defend Allah form the attacks of the other mere mortals. So all rules of ethics become fair games when Allah is under attack and needs to be defended. Hence the double game. It seems, thus, to me. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
