Is this sharia-compliant; it surely is hilarious

Dear Dr Pipes, I do not know if it is sharia-compliant or not but it sure is hilarious. Yesterday, our dear Saudi Arabia came up with a new law. They made it illegal to spy on a souse's cell phone. If I am allowed to issue a fatwa, I will call this law to be sharia-non-compliant.
