It's Trump's reaction they fear, not Europe's.

After Trump's very stern and explicit warning to Iran, that there would be "very serious consequences" should they resume enrichment, I think it's Trump's response, not Europe's which would worry them.

Their stance (when it comes to Europe) has not changed. They warned Europe that they must receive guarantees that Europe will stick to the deal, or else they (Iran) will expand enrichment. They're still acting as though they're in a position to dictate but were Europe to refuse to offer any guarantees, I expect Iran would hold back for fear of annoying Trump.
