NATO, USA and Turkey

Dear Dr. Pipes,

Thank you for your Great answers regarding NATO, U.S.A and Turkey. I have spent all my life working for NATO and being operational in the Mediterranean. You are from the very few that have seen the reality and the danger, which comes from Turkey Alliance with NATO and with U.S.A.

After 9/11 we have started and still try to deal with Islamist Countries and individuals, who are extreme and the same as the Islam which first appeared with the sword and conquered the Middle East, Byzantium and most of Europe. It is very difficult to change them. for as long as there are Dictators like Erdogan, and Iran, organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah, Hamas, ISIS, etc.

In my opinion, we have underestimated Turkey and help them create a very strong military and defense system capabilities, which if materialized by 2023, then very few will be able to fight Turkey. Turkey then will do what the first Ottomans did. I have been trying to pass this message along, but it is very difficult, because there are too many interests and Turkey pays much to bribes too.

NATO and US our Country need to create alternative defense lines to protect the Alliance and our interests in Eastern Mediterranean, Aegean Sea where a new Alliance among Israel, Cyprus, Greece and Egypt is made to protect and utilize gas and oil found in these areas.

Turkey is threatening gods and demons and tries to harass the drillings of Exxon, bringing up her own made maps with an EEZ. they say they have, far away from the International Law of Sea. Economic sanctions seem to work for Turkey and further on a controlled isolation, they are very dangerous and cannot be trusted.

Your work for the World Security and Stability including of course our interests is monumental.
