Daniel Pipes thinks Ahmadi Muslims are "eccentric"???Reader comment on item: Islam in the African-American Experience Submitted by Allison Knight (United States), Aug 31, 2005 at 17:05 Dear Mr. Pipes,How very disrespectful of you to call the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam an "eccentric background." ... The Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam is not an Indian based religion either. The Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam is worldwide. We have our own television station, so our numbers are increasing daily. We are the only Muslims who can claim that. Why? It is predicted in the Qur'an. It's lovely how you denegrate us to a fourth class hole in the wall, but we didn't stay in Qadian. In fact, I've never been there. I was born in Canada. The Caliph just announced recently that there are 200 million members. Watch us grow because belief in the Promised Messiah is a safe haven from the evils of the world.
