Impeachment of Trump is a coup in all but name and destructive to democracy

It would be a disgusting repudiation of the country's ability to choose its President. No-one would buy into the idea that Trump committed some awful crime which necessitated the impeachment. Rather, it would rightly be viewed as a transparent attempt to prevent the country from being led by the President the people elected. It would be a vile thing and would greatly undermine the nation's belief in the democratic process. Indeed. both the left (who would support it) and the right would come to that very same conclusion.

If you think Trump should not be President, then vote for someone else. Do not look for some threadbare excuse to impeach.
