Turks think they can "intervene"...

Some good points here but I disagree with the statement that "The Hellenic Armed Forces cannot do much"... The can actually do a lot perhaps not in Kastelorizo but the can raise hell in Thrace and beyond... especially considering that Turkeys economy and population is concentrated along the Agean and Marmara region (well within the reach of the Greek artilery and air-force)... the rest of Turkey is mostly poverty and Kurds.

These people seem to believe that Turkey could do an "intervention" on Kastelorizo without Greek missiles "intervening" on Izmir and Edirne the very next moment... Incredible stupidity (that could lead to war!) Lucky for people like Yusuf Erim the turkish generals seem to know better otherwise he might have gotten his wish. Then again with both the economy and his popularity collapsing perhaps Erdogan decides to start a war no matter the risks just to stay in power a little longer...
