Q9: View on the ground.Reader comment on item: Interview: A Post-Election Reckoning Submitted by Reality Check (United States), Nov 19, 2020 at 02:06 Israel will make its own alliances to survive and thrive. America will no longer be considered a reliable ally, forcing the Sunnis into a long overdue regional alliance with the Jewish state, even if only de facto. Biden's left-green-Shiite leaning handlers will not be able to acquiesce to Iranian demands without Israeli concurrence, and America will not be able to hamstring Israel again with threats of shooting down of their planes over Iraq, they will fly over Saudia. The Palestinians always have an opportunity but are the key to nothing, Gulf Arabs and others have had it with them and wonder why Israel hasn't eliminated their problem as they would have. Many wonder why Israel, which unlike them has the means to cripple Iran, hasn't done so yet with so much of the Iranian population reeling from Trump sanctions and ripe for change. IMO The installation of a socialist-democratic-green-Shiite alliance regime in America and Israeli generals turning into politicians increases the chances of that unfortunate violent turn of events. Right now the focus must be to keep the democrat political-leak organization out of security briefings during the draw-down in Iraq/Afgan. There is nothing they would like more than a Trump embarrassment caused by an Iranian attack on troops being brought home.
