Exactly the Point to Be Made - Replacement Religion Cannot Replace the Truth

Byzantine is a label from a time before the Islamist insurgency began to sweep the region in defiance to the truth of the Gospel. But going further, the issues of how the truth of the message of the Messiah was already being compromised by forces that are in the business of replacement theology today were in full force during the Romanization of the church; and Byzantine was just one of the phases that fell to Islam.
