Former DHS official Elizabeth Newman, appearing on BBC WORLD NEWS AMERICA, (April-2-2021, after 5:30pm ET), reacted after police spokesman was shown deciding "it dosn't appear to be terrorism related", stating, to the affect, we should be careful, it's too early to determine that, there is going to be an investigation.
