Iranian Islamic Regime and the Attempted Change of Empires

Reader comment on item: Additional Thoughts on "Winning the Propaganda War"

Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Jun 1, 2021 at 16:04

The competition of empires has become more intense as the pressure put upon Israel to accede to demands of concessions of territory, submission by attrition is once again in movement.
So Israel, while in it's own circumstances of political strife and internal disarray for years now, appears even more vulnerable and it would be advantageous for Hamas, then Hizbollah, to keep the pressure on behalf of the Iranian Islamic Regime's intentions of destroying Israel. Then, let us not forget that the Turkish regime of PM Erdoğan is also making its own claim while being a foil for Russia's own ambitions of empire; when Hamas and Hizbollah fall out of the lead, then the others may feel compelled to try.
Even while we see that this topic has had its own life for years and years and leads to the conclusion that really, there's no change in the attitudes and the immediate conclusion is that no change of such attitudes is to be anticipated; the only changes that can be anticipated are in the application of forces, as this next Friday may show.
