[and the Jordan-Is-Palestine Issue] Submitted by Robert (United States), Dec 16, 2021 at 09:19 Dear Daniel Pipes, You of all people are particularly well situated to realize (1) I follow the analysis of DOUGLAS J. FEITH (2) Islamophobia, it turns out, really entered the dictionary in 1923, and Wikipedia (3) Demographically, things of changed drastically (4) The Abraham Accords institutionalization among well-off Arabs In summary, it is NOT Advocacy to recognize the Legal status of East Palestine (5) You give no weight here whatsoever to Muslim and Arab Colonialism and Immigration and Transfer of Population. You do not discuss the Bedouins who roamed all of Arabia, and even today In summary, I think you give the 8 months duration unwarranted significance, PS: The Jordan River has, since 31 years ago, almost dried out,

Daniel Pipes replies: If anything major has changed since 1990, it's that substantial new populations of Iraqis and Syrians have poured into Jordan, significantly reducing the percentage of Palestinians in that country's population and further rendering the Jordan-is-Palestine idea infeasible and nonsensical.
