Prashant! I think you overlooked something extremely important. And that would make you blame the "Palestinians" (whoever they are, the least.

In 1949 the United Nations created this SPECIAL entity and institution. But why/ The brief answer is - the ANTISEMITISM of the Whole World. This UNRWA is created and maintained to this day in the hope of destroying a Soverign Jewish State called ISRAEL. The Strategy of the world is to return all so-called non-Jewish people so characterized in order to make the Jews in Israel a Minority, the way the were for 2,000 years after destroying Judah (half of King Saul's Israel) by the Romans.

So before you blame the so-called Palestinians, many of whom are kept in UN Sanctioned, Maintained, a Supported Concentration Camps, look as every UN Country which votes for the UNRWA, as well as the Countries which finance the so-called Palestinians who are deprived of acquiring Citizenship in the UN Countries in which the reside.

In other words, the Whole World practices APARTHEID against the s-called Palestinian Refugees. And it also Practices Ethnic Cleaning, wishing to have their own non-Israeli Population Free of Palestinians - the only place they wish this so-called Arab Population, or Demographic to reside is in Israel, or Territory Liberated from Egypt (Gaza) or Jordan (West Bank). So, therefore, these Muslim and Christian Arabs, are the Victims of the World's Apartheid and Ethic Cleansing against them if they cannot be Political FORCED to return where the and their ancestor came from in 1949 and 1967.

And incidentally, whereas about 700,000 so called Palestinians have been displaced; there is no Political acknowledgment that 850,000 where also displaced by the Arab states at the time; in other words we have Apartheid and Ethnic Cleansing of the Jews from Arab and Muslim countries.

Furthermore, 3 years earlier, in 1945, the Holocaust ended, where Europe effectively accomplished its APARTHEID and ETHNIC CLEANSING - but of JEWS, with its infamous HOLOCAUST. So, there are 6,000,000 (at least, since I'm not counting into the 4th generation) vacancies in Europe which easily accommodate the so-called Palestinian Refugees.

Europe, and the World - maybe - supported Israel to Cleans Itself of Jews and Practice its Nazi Antisemitic Design. It is therefore Responsible for the Palestinian so-called Refugees, having at best Negligently failed to absorbed these Allies of Hitler under the Mufti of Jerusalem.

In summary, only the Jews of Israel are capable of implementing the Policy and Strategy of NEVER AGAIN. Before Israel, Jews failed in their effort to save their 6,000,000 Coreligionist or fellow Jews. After the Holocaust, most Liberal and even Conservative Jews in the USA have turned into Bleeding Hearst for these unfortunate so-called Palestinian Refugees, and have joined the Democratic Party to undo the accomplishments of President Donald Trump!

So the problem now is embodied in the administration of Joe Biden. It is unfortunate that Antisemitism is so prevalent, that Jewish Demographics in the USA cannot be discussed political. Trump is "100%" when he said that Christians love Israel more than American Jews; having said that, he was called an Anti-Semite. But Philo-Semitism was never Anti-Semitism. Hey African-Americans made great American Music (as Jews also did), Boxers, and Basket Ball Players; is that a Racist remark?
