Iranian Narco-Jihad against the United StatesReader comment on item: The Enemy Within [and the Need for Profiling] Submitted by Lilly (United States), May 28, 2022 at 23:55 Iranian Narco-Jihad against the United States Yoram Ettinger, News1, May 19, 2022. https://m.news1.co.il/Archive/0026-D-154531-00.html Shiite clerics in Iran and Lebanon have ruled that drugs sold to "infidels" in Western countries, and especially to "the great American Satan", are believed to be more effective than war via missiles. "Many are wondering how Iran is financing its subversive and terrorist activities in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East, in addition to significant activity in the West, despite the consequences of the economic sanctions imposed on it. The answer lies in Iran's involvement in the distribution of drugs (and billions of dollars in money laundering) ... " Iranians and Hezbollah, who receive fake IDs and forged passports in Venezuela, and from there are scattered throughout Latin America ... " Shiite clerics in Iran and Lebanon have ruled that drugs sold to "infidels" are allowed in Western countries, and especially to "the great American Satan." They believe that a war on drugs is more effective than a war via missiles. The ayatollah regime bites the helping hand - In 1978/79, President Carter estimated that "the ayatollahs' regime would focus on tractors rather than cannons," so he stabbed the Persian Shah, who was "the American policeman in the Persian Gulf," and gave Ayatollah Khomeini critical aid to take over Iran. But, as expected, Khomeini bit the American hand, leveraging critical American aid to make Iran a global anti-American center of terrorism, drugs and ballistic and money laundering technologies, especially in the Middle East and Latin America which is the soft underbelly of the US. - In 2015, President Obama argued that Iran could be persuaded to coexist peacefully with its Arab-Sunni neighbors, and therefore saw the nuclear deal as a binding strategic document "that would make the United States and the world safer." And a temporary and source of financial bonanza to fund an anti-American strategy of subversion, terrorism, and the proliferation of ballistic and drug and money laundering technologies, especially in Latin America which is a frontier on the road to the US. - In 2022, President Biden decided that a seductive financial and diplomatic package could persuade the ayatollahs to abandon their 1,400-year-old fanatical and megalomaniacal vision. But the ayatollahs' regime sees every agreement in their talks with the United States as a bonanza to fund their anti-American vision in Latin America as well, as has been the case since they came to power in 1979. Iranian Narco-Jihad against the United States "Iranian narco-jihad is being carried out against the West in general and the United States in particular. The Revolutionary Guards of Iran and Hezbollah have set up a global system of drug distribution (and billions of dollars in money laundering) ... Money laundering enables Iran to supply weapons systems to anti-American entities in Latin America ... Iranian airline, Iran Air, has scheduled flights to America Latin, and some of them help to spread the drug .... " "... Since 9/11, Iran and Hezbollah have been cultivating operational ties with governments (such as Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador) and anti-American organizations in the Cocaine Corridor from the southern tip of South America to Mexico, that is, on the US border. ... "Many tons of drugs are smuggled into the United States and bring hundreds of millions of dollars into the pockets of anti-American terrorist organizations ... Iran and Hezbollah are collaborating with the Mexican drug cartel, Los Zetas, amounting to $ 200 million a month, and with the help of terrorist bodies and money laundering in West Africa ... "... Iran-Hezbollah cooperation is similar to a system with delegates between Tehran and Latin America, Africa, Europe and the United States with the help of seemingly legitimate businesses ... "... Hezbollah's activity is similar to the Gambino crime family (which was one of the leading crime families in New York) on steroids ... Hezbollah is expanding its target bank in the U.S. Sinaloa ... "Iran and Hezbollah are focusing on strengthening ties with the drug cartels in Mexico and deepening their bases in Latin America. This cooperation creates a very dangerous entity ... Hezbollah's terrorist attack on US soil becomes more real as Iran and Hezbollah expand their bases in Latin America, especially in Mexico. . "The increase in the number of Arab terrorists on Mexican soil, and the upgrading of their capabilities to integrate into the local population and cross the border into the United States, is a warning sign ... In the US ... "... Hezbollah has bases in Venezuela and Chile and the organization's roots in Mexico bring it to the doorstep of the United States ..." ... the border area shared by Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil (which is a major source of income for Hezbollah) has become a major infrastructure of Iran and Hezbollah .. The two are assisted by Shiite-Lebanese immigrants who are successful businessmen (especially in the city of Ciudad del Este in Paraguay, which has become a haven for drug smugglers, money launderers, organized crime and Muslim terrorists) ... "... the fruitful cooperation between Hezbollah and the Mexican drug cartel, Sinaloa, leads to the mining of smuggling tunnels between Mexico and the United States ..." The bottom line The above-mentioned conduct of the ayatollahs' regime in Iran, which has been systematic since he came to power in February 1979, contradicts President Biden's premise that the ayatollahs are partners in fair negotiations, persuasive to abandon their religious-fanatical-megalomaniacal vision, and willing to live in bi- Existence in peace with their "destroyed" Arab-Sunni neighbors and with the "infidel" West. - A misunderstanding that fair negotiations on the one hand and the conduct of the ayatollahs on the other hand constitute a thing and vice versa will lead the US to repeat critical mistakes that brought Ayatollah Khomeini to power in 1979 and led to the signing of the 2015 nuclear deal. In both cases, the United States has given a strong impetus to a terrorist regime that poses a clear and immediate threat to U.S. security at home and abroad. - The ayatollahs' regime in Iran is a prototype of terrorists biting (or interrupting) the American hand that feeds them.
