Opposing Islamic hatred of Jews is our sacred duty.

Dear Dr Pipes,

I will apply my principle that Islam should be judged not by Islamic standards but by standards shared by all human beings. Something does not become right just because Islam or Muslims say it. We, the non-Muslims, cherish the principle given to us by MLK. We believe that the only right way to judge a person is by the content of his character and nothing else.

Islamic doctrinal dismissal of Jews, Christians, pagans and everyone else as inferior is unacceptable. The worldwide hatred of Jews by Muslims is wrong. To oppose this hatred is our sacred duty. The Quranic advice that Muslims should not make friends with Christians and Jews is absurd in the modern context. Anyone shouting 'Mort aux Juifs!!!' is a misfit and wrong.

Hope Muslims understand this.
